implementation will determine the size of your
project team but the basic roles are almost
always the same. You can edit the roles and
responsibilities below and add pictures for your

Every project needs a champion to serve as the
CRM driver in your company, rallying support and
resources for your implementation.

representative from each of your user groups such
as end users, managers, executives. If you dont
take the time to learn what your users want or
need before your rollout youll definitely hear
about it after and jeopardize adoption. This team
will also play a vital role with the ongoing
