- Issues will be documented using the Issue Form
which will be made available through the Project
Website. - A completed form should be submitted to the IDAS
Project Manager. - Once received the Issue will be processed per the
ITR Plan published on the Project Website. - Risk Management Mitigation
- Risks to the project will be documented using the
Risk Form which will be made available through
the Project Website. - A completed form should be submitted to the IDAS
Project Manager. - Once received the Risk will be managed per the
Risk Management Plan published on the Project
Website.

- Deliverable Acceptance (High Level Overview)
- Once the deliverables are Draft complete by the
ISS Project Team, they will be made available via
the Project Website. Please note this does NOT
begin the Acceptance Process.only improves the
quality of the deliverables. - Once Deliverable has completed ISS QA Regiment,
the Deliverable will be submitted to the IDAS
Project Manager (Formal Transmittal). - The ISS and IDAS Project Manager will schedule a
Deliverable Walkthrough where ISS will orient the
reviewers to the deliverable. - Completion of the walkthrough begins the
Deliverable Acceptance process. Deliverable
period will be published as part of the
transmittal. - At the closure of the Acceptance Period, the IDAS
Project Manager will collect all comments and
review with ISS for incorporation. Deliverable
is noted - Accepted
