  • Informal requests should be copied to IDAS and

  • Project Reports will be submitted prior to the
    beginning of each work week by the ISS Project
    Manager to the IDAS Project Manager. A brief
    review or progress, issues / obstacles and risk
    will be conducted on Monday Afternoon. Meeting
    time and teleconference bridge will be published
    by IDAS Project Manager.

  • Issue Tracking Resolution (ITR)
  • Issues will be documented using the Issue Form
    which will be made available through the Project
    Website.
  • A completed form should be submitted to the IDAS
    Project Manager.
  • Once received the Issue will be processed per the
    ITR Plan published on the Project Website.
  • Risk Management Mitigation
  • Risks to the project will be documented using the
    Risk Form which will be made available through
    the Project Website.
  • A completed form should be submitted to the IDAS
    Project Manager.
  • Once received the Risk will be managed per the
    Risk Management Plan published on the Project
    Website.

  • Deliverable Acceptance (High Level Overview)
  • Once the deliverables are Draft complete by the
    ISS Project Team, they will be made available via
    the Project Website. Please note this does NOT
    begin the Acceptance Process.only improves the
    quality of the deliverables.
  • Once Deliverable has completed ISS QA Regiment,
    the Deliverable will be submitted to the IDAS
    Project Manager (Formal Transmittal).
  • The ISS and IDAS Project Manager will schedule a
    Deliverable Walkthrough where ISS will orient the
    reviewers to the deliverable.
  • Completion of the walkthrough begins the
    Deliverable Acceptance process. Deliverable
    period will be published as part of the
    transmittal.
  • At the closure of the Acceptance Period, the IDAS
    Project Manager will collect all comments and
    review with ISS for incorporation. Deliverable
    is noted
  • Accepted

  • Once incorporated, the deliverable will be
    submitted for signed acceptance and authorization.
