2From the Pueblo City Schools website
(www.pueblocityschools.us), choose the Parents
link, and then Technology, and Infinite Campus
Parent Portal
3In order to access Infinite Campus, you will need
to obtain your Campus Portal Activation Key from
your childs school. The first time you log in,
you will need to enter your Campus Portal
Activation Key. (Dont worry You only need to
do this once)
4You will be taken to the Activating your Campus
Portal account. Enter your Activation Key (make
sure you type it exactly like it was given to
you) Click Submit
5- Enter your desired User Name. (It must be at
least 6 characters and must be unique) - Enter your desired Password.
- Enter your password again
- Click on Create Account

6You have now created your account. (You will
need to remember your login and password to
access the system again.) Click on the Click
Here link to go to the Login Page
7Enter your User Name Password If you are
unable to log in, please contact your childs
school
8Once you are logged in, you will see any
District-wide or School notices that have been
published.
On the left-hand side, you will also see a menu
of the options available to you.
9Family
The Family tab will list the information for your
family (household). This should include all
members of your family who live at the same
residence. Notice the Relationship column is
your relationship to each person. Enrolled shows
the school in which your child(ren) is
enrolled. Address should be your current
address Phone number (h) is the home (or main)
household number (c) is the cell
phone (w) is the work phone If you
find any of this information incorrect, please
contact your childs school immediately.
10Calendar
The Family Calendar will show an overview of this
months activity for your child(ren). The A
indicates an Assignment Due. The Yellow Bell
indicates an attendance event (an absence or
tardy) Clicking on either of these symbols will
give you more details on that event. You can
move to the previous or next month using the ltlt
and gtgt next to the month (at the top).
11If you put your mouse on the Assignment icon, it
will give you information about the assignment
(Class and Assignment Name)
If you click on the Assignment icon, it will
bring up details about the assignment.
12Clicking on the Attendance icon, will you give
you details of the attendance event (Notice it
will show you the entire years attendance)
13Clicking on the students name will bring up the
information notices for the District and that
students school. If you only have one student,
this will be the same information as clicking on
Your Name at the top.
14When you click on the School Name, you will see
the calendar for just that student. If you only
have one student, this calendar will be the same
as the Family Calendar.
15When you click on Schedule, you will see your
childs schedule. Please note if your child is
in Elementary that you will be seeing subjects
(not necessarily time slots) If you click on the
A you will see Current Assignments and Scores
for that course.
16Click on the assignment detail from the schedule
will show you this screen where you can see your
students current grades and assignments.
17Clicking on Attendance will bring up the
students attendance record for the year.
18Clicking on the Health tab, will you give you
details about your students immunizations.
19Clicking on the Assessment link will show the
students assessment data
20The Transportation link will show you the Bus
information and Parking information (for HS
students)
21The Reports link will give you access to two
reports. The first is the Student Schedule
which will allow you to print a copy of your
students schedule. The second is the Missing
Assignments report will allow you to print a
report which will show any assignments that have
not been turned in. Please note These reports
will be created as a .pdf file which you will
need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view. If you do not
have the reader installed on your computer, click
on the Get Acrobat Reader link to go directly to
the Adobe website to download the reader to your
computer.
22The View Access Log link will give you a list of
all of the dates and times that you have accessed
your account.
23The Change Account Info link will allow you to
change your password. You will need to enter
your old (current) password and then type a new
password twice.
24- The Change Contact Info link will allow you to
set up email alerts. - Enter your email address and then click save.
- Select for which events you would like to receive
email alerts. Click Save
25The Log Off link will end your session and log
you off. You will need to click OK to the
prompt. You should always log off of the parent
portal when you done with your session. If you
do not, the next person who uses the computer
will be able to access this account.
