Some Context for P-20 Education in Colorado

• Limited pre-school and kindergarten for
  low-income children

  state ranks low in high school graduates who go
  to college
• Colorado ranks 47th 49th in the nation in
  higher ed K-12 funding
• There is no state leadership in matters relating
