Requirements Overview

• The goal of this project is to reach anyone with
  a cable or DSL connection and give them the
  opportunity to read and add reviews of bars in
  the city of Chicago, namely around DePauls
  Chicago-area campuses. The site will be targeted
  towards anyone with a passion for the nightlife,
  i.e. bar hoppers.

• Register as a user
• View and submit new bars and reviews
• Flag existing reviews
• View bar locations using Google Maps
