- 2.4 Objectives and Outputs for the Associate
- Objectives cover the main activities describing
what the Associate will do. Best written as a
narrative and should correlate to the Project
Stages in the Plan. - Outputs are the major deliverables that the
Associate is responsible for, typically about 6
to 8 per project. - These need to be well defined and commit the
Partnership to firm and challenging targets which
will obviously lead to the required benefits.

external consultancy services, knowledge relevant
to the embedded system will be available in-house - Management access to real time data at the touch
of a button, making operational/strategic
decision making processes clearer, faster, and
