Review Status Reports and develop
Units/Colleges Annual Budget
Periodically assess status of Unit Objectives and
report progress.
LCC Board of Trustees reviews approves the
Colleges Strategic Plan and Budget.
Operations
I.E. Plan
Implement unit activities needed to address the
Unit Objectives. Monitor progress of activities.
Develop Institutional Effectiveness Plan for new
planning period (Correlate Unit Objectives with
Institutional Objectives.)
