    experience

    stage with a formal BREEAM assessor.
  • Early consideration of renewables
  • Consider planning application impact
  • Get an ecologists input into the landscaping as
    early as possible
  • Make sure contractor aware of expectations and
    has bought into the concept
  • Regularly re-assess scheme
  • Dont forget on going collection of evidence
  • Ensure Governors, colleagues and funders
    understand BREEAM implications
