• Introduction to the SGI-USA Web-based Statistics
  Program

• Registering on the Website

About Chapter Administrators

• Each Administrator will have a unique User name
  and password.
• Do not share with others.
• If needed, more than one administrator can be
  created for a chapter.

Registering on the Website

• You will be sent a "registration" email by your
  Zone Statistics Specialist.
• Use the web link in the email to go to the
  registration page of the Statistics website.
• The web link in the email will expire after 24
  hours, so it should be used before that.

Website and "My Profile"

• At the website, you will be asked to answer a
  simple question.
• You will be asked to create a new password.
• Write down the User Name and the new password for
  future use.

"My Profile"

• Enter a new "secret question" and "answer" for
  future password retrieval.
• The email address you list in your profile will
  be used for all communication with you. You can
  change it at any time.
• It should be a reliable email address that you
  check often.
• Complete any other parts of your Profile which
  are not correct or complete.

When My Profile is Complete

• Click the "Save My Changes" button at the bottom
  of the screen.
• After the save is confirmed, click "OK."
• Then click "Home" in the menu bar at the upper
  left of the screen.

The "Home" screen

• The "Home" screen is where you begin your work on
  the Statistics Website.
• You can explore the program now or log out and
  come back later.
• The Logout button is in the upper right corner.

• From now on when you log in, you should start by
  going to the "Administrators Portal Page"

If you have problems registering

• Email your Zone Statistics Specialist
• Or telephone your Zone Office and speak with your
  Zone Statistics Specialist
• They are working for the Zone Office and will
  assist you with any problems.
