Harnessing Technology the e-strategy

• First, we have to build on the work being done on
  advice and procurement to make sure that head
  teachers and governing bodies can get the
  technology in place that meets the highest
  technical standards and meets the needs of their
  learners. In my mind, you will not have one
  without the other
