2In old era, tobacco was used as a tool for remove
stress after work. It was used after routine when
anyone felt tensed irritated. At present 1 of
5 students in high school or college
are addicted to tobacco in different forms like
dry tobacco, cigarette, cigars, etc. Content of
tobacco product is made with partly dry leaf of
tobacco as raw material that are intended to
be smoked , sucked , chewed , etc. All contain
highly additive ingredients like Nicotine.
3In India, every 6 seconds a person dies in view
of tobacco related sickness. Tobacco has around
4800 synthetic substances, out of which 49 cause
cancer. Likewise as the self evident certainty
aloof smoking is similarly hurtful to the general
population around. The ratio of these deaths is
increasing day by day.

5Use of tobacco in any form is one of main risk
factor for major diseases like cancer, lung
disease, etc. When any person uses tobacco in
form of cigarette, the nicotine is
absorbed through lungs into the bloodstream
Nicotine narrows the blood vessels while putting
added strain on your heart. There are several
rallies campaigns organized by Charity
Organisation like Narayan Seva Sansthan for
awareness about harmful uses of tobacco. We also
organize an anti tobacco rally every year On
World No Tobacco Day.
6This rally organized in the presence of the
founder-chairman of Narayan Seva Sansthan, Padmash
ri Kailash "Manav". Most of local civilians
joined this rally and supported. Sansthan also
organizes De- Addiction Service Camps to
encourage people to remove this addiction in
future. At these camps our experts explain about
the harmful issues and make people aware on how
to get rid of it.
