MODERN EARLY YEARS, CHARMWOOD
Preschool is an early childhood program in which
children get a learning alliance with playing in
a program run by professional trained adults.
Modern Early Years is a Best preschool in
Faridabad, the school campus is specially
designed to encourage learning, creativity,
coordination skills, personal ethics and
integrity, which encourages the development of
all rounds for its students.

SUMMER CAMP DAY 1
Our artistic and innovative children participated
in various fun filled and creative activities
throughout the Day 1 of summer camp. For theatre,
students were selected for the role play of the
story Magical Pot where their acting and
communication skills were noticed and guided.
Children had heaps of fun acting in their own
creative ways. Fun Science Experiment of drinking
Candle was done where children were amazed to see
how candle drinks up the entire water when
covered with the glass container on the top of
it. They had a blast with this science
experiment. Fun Skills was pleasure time to draw
and colour on the fun worksheets. They sketched
different seasons on the fun sheets. Graffiti art
was practiced in unique textures styles and all
of them were extremely motivated to express
themselves through their paintings.

SUMMER CAMP DAY 2
Children were all settled and extremely motivated
to start their day 2 of Summer Camp. All of them
started their day with the morning assembly.
Drill and Bihu dance steps were introduced to the
students and all of them participated whole
heartedly. For theatre students watched story
The Magical Pot in the digital class. Later did
the rehearsal of the play. STEM Project was done
where children created a floating ping pong ball
with the help of red color pastel sheet and
straw. Thermacole balls started floating in the
air when students blew the air through the straw.
It was a fun-filled learning project for the kids.

SUMMER CAMP DAY 3
Children were tremendously encouraged to start
their new day of Summer Camp. At the start they
were happily engaged in the morning assembly and
recited a beautiful prayer Our Father in
Heaven. To give hands on dance experience to the
students, Drill and Bihu dance repeated
rehearsals were done. Children had a wonderful
experience dancing on the tunes of Bihu and all
of them felt delighted. For theatre, dialogue
delivery was practiced and they acted very
confidently. Another fun Science Experiment was
done where children created their unique water
steamers and used dishwasher to power and run
their steamers in water. Children were excited to
float their boats in water. Students learned how
surface tension of water is affected when
dishwasher was put into water surface and it
further gave power to the steamers.

SUMMER CAMP DAY 4
Students were immensely refreshed and excited for
the fun for the day. At the Summer Camp Day 4,
Children were happily engaged throughout the day.
In Drill and Bihu, teachers introduced new dance
steps and practiced the previous ones. In
theater, students did rehearsal of the play on
stage with props. Fun Science Experiment was done
where children created a volcano with the help of
all-purpose flour and water. Then made a paste of
it, dip the newspapers and stick it to the
bottle. Later kept it in the sun for
drying.Children had heaps of fun learning and
creating volcano formation. In Craft, Salt Dough
Creation was done where children had lot of fun
creating their own unique key chains.

SUMMER CAMP DAY 5
To beat up the heat, its time for our tiny tots
to bathe in the swimming pool. Children had lots
of enjoyment in the in-house swimming pool at the
start of the Day 5 of summer camp. All of them
put on their colorful swimming costumes and went
into the pool. Children overjoyed excited and
had a pleasurable experience of swimming in the
pool. Our tiny master chefs did flameless cooking
where they prepared apple carrot sandwiches and
banana chocolate smoothie. With this activity
they developed flameless cooking skills and
learnt the skill of sharing and eating together.
They all took pleasure in making sandwiches and
after that children had a sandwich party and had
a fun where they all ate sandwiches in the class.
While eating, children were also given a session
on Life Skill- Eating with style where they all
were taught Table Manners and demonstration of
table etiquettes were also given.

SUMMER CAMP DAY 6
Children had a wonderful experience designing
jute bags at the summer camp day 6. Children
designed their jute bags with the help of acrylic
colors, potato printing, button pasting, glitter
cut-outs etc. The jute bags looked eye- catching
and attractive. It was a fun- learning experience
for our tiny-tots. In fun games, children did lot
of fun activities with props like hula-hoops and
skipping rope. Little ones from Pre-nursery gave
final touch to their graffiti paintings where
they decorated their sceneriesin unique textures
and styles with the help of vegetable printing,
sponge dabbing, bubble wrap impression etc. and
all of them were extremely driven to express
themselves through their paintings. Children also
did ear bud dabbing on the wooden coasters and
colored their salt dough key chains in different
colors.In Drill and Bihu, teachers practiced
dance steps with the kids.
