  Navigator, which has a failsafe financial
  performance metrics chart that breaks down how
  charity organizations spend their money. It lists
  the percentage of donor funds that a given
  charity spends on program expenses,
  administrative expenses, fundraising expenses and
  more. For example, Charity Navigator uses this
  chart to reveal information about kids charities
