• Drive to the coast near Cancale and walk along
  the coastal footpath looking at the geology and
  features of the coastline.
• Drive into Cancale and complete a study of a
  coastal seaside resort.
• Visit the Oyster farm just outside Cancale and
  taste oysters

• Visit Mont St Michel
• Drive to a German Cemetary
• Estuaries and bridging points at Pont de la Roque

• Town Trail
• Visit to a café to order and buy a crèpe.
• River Rance and the old port.
• The Tidal power station at the mouth of the River
  Rance.

• Leave the centre by 10am
• Drive to a supermarket or market
• Picnic lunch
• Drive to the Aquarium in Cherbourg
• Catch Ferry at about 6pm
• Arrive at school between 12.30 and 12.45 on
  Monday night

Ferry

• No running anywhere
• Outside deck
• Minimal noise
• Shop a few at a time and only if there is a
  member of staff in there.
• Cinema and arcade games

Behaviour at centre

• Do not wander outside the grounds of the centre.
• Rooms are only for sleeping in not socialising.
• No visitors from other rooms allowed in.
• Doors must remain closed at night
• Rooms must be free of objects on the floor other
  than suitcases and shoes.
• Be punctual
• Respect others

Out and about!

• Do not buy anything illegal ie anything you would
  not be allowed to buy in this country.
• Cross the roads carefully look left first then
  right!
• Stay with the group. Do not go anywhere alone.
• Be polite at all times
• Do not shout across the street to your friends
• Look after your property.
• Dont spend all your money in one day.

• Leave Cherbourg at 18.00 hrs
• arrives in Poole at 22.15pm
• Arrives back at school late on Monday at about
  12.30- 12.45 am
• Pupils come in to school at break the next day.
