Your opportunity to be recognized as the Official
Tack Licensee of the Games

Exclusivity
  • Worldwide licensing and identification
    exclusivity for all eligible categories of tack
    from the date of the agreement through March 31,
    2011.
  • Designation(s) as Official Tack Licensee and/or
    other appropriate, and perhaps more specific,
    language to be agreed upon, (i.e. Official
    Saddle, Bridle, Harness, etc.) of the 2010
    Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games.
  • Opportunity to refer to tack products as The
    official tack/saddle/bridle/harness etc., of the
    Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games 2010
  • Permission to use Games Marks on all tack items
    included in agreement.

Exclusivity
  • Permission to use Games Marks on approved product
    packaging, labeling, and other forms for the
    Marked tack, worldwide.
  • Permission to use Games Marks in promotion of the
    sale of all tack, worldwide, including
    advertising, brochures, articles, press releases,
    and points of sale displays.
  • Permission to use approved Games Marks on other
    items (such as promotional apparel) using both
    the Games Mark(s) and the licensee logo for
    promotional purposes only.
  • Opportunity for licensee to purchase official
    Games merchandise via Alltech at discount prices.
  • Tack trailer in athlete-only area allows
    opportunity for additional revenue generation
    potential.

Visibility at the Games
  • The official Tack licensee will get public
    recognition in a variety of public areas and
    other opportunities including editorial
    acknowledgement in The Official Games Program,
    multiple large on-site video boards, and other
    opportunities to be individually developed.
  • The official Tack licensee will have a dedicated
    location in the exclusive International Pavilion,
    where only countries, international companies,
    Alltech, and sub sponsors of Alltech will be
    permitted to display. A 12 by 12 booth will be
    provided to the licensee. The booth will include
    the basic structure, quality flooring,
    electricity, waste management, and security.
  • The official Tack licensee will have the
    opportunity to increase its booth size at cost to
    the licensee.
  • The official Tack licensee will also receive one
    ½ page ad, 4-color, in event programs at Event.

    world as part of The International Pavilion
    (Additional booth opportunities available in the
    trade show area of the Games
  • Located at the heart of the 2010 Alltech FEI

  • Four (4) all event-all access credentials for
    competition events
  • Two (2) tickets to Opening Ceremonies
  • 5,000 additional ticket allowance to be used at
    licensee option (pending ticket availability)
  • Ticketing will be determined in conjunction with
    the World Games 2010 Foundation
