Definition

• (ICAO Annex 15, 10th Ed.)
• A special series NOTAM notifying the presence or
  removal of hazardous conditions due to snow, ice
  or standing water associated with snow, slush,
  and ice on the movement area by means of a
  specific format.
• During periods when deposits of snow, ice or
  water associated with these conditions remain on
  the aerodrome pavements, information on such
  conditions should be disseminated to all whom the
  information is of direct operational significance.
