Superconductor RSFQ Devices

Rapid Single-Flux-Quantum (RSFQ) logic represents
digital information by single quanta of magnetic
flux.

• Goals achieved

• Developed Superconductive Microstrip Lines for
  super-fast transmission of quantum flux pulses
  (ten-fold increase in speed over traditional
  transmission lines).
• Proposed algorithms and developed software for
  automated experimental measurements of
  superconducting chips at low temperatures.
• Designed 2-channel Time-Interleave Decimation
  Filter for Superconducting Analog to Digital
  Converter. Proposed a novel design of 4-channel
  Decimation Filter.
