• This session will explore the premise that
  prudent risk management involves risk
  identification, reduction and mitigation, not
  inappropriate risk transfer.
• In an ideal scenario risks are carried by those
  best equipped to do so and risk transfer carries
  appropriate reward. In this environment, firms
  operate under more reasonable commercial terms
  and clients receive more innovative and creative
  solutions with society being the ultimate
  benefactor.
