• Bursa FTZ Organization (BUSEB A.S.)

• Bursa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BTSO)
  has decided to establish a FTZ in 1997.

• BTSO and Bursa Area Industrial Cooperators and
  Investors have established BUSEB A.S.
• (Bursa FTZ Establishment) and financed FTZ.
  (BTSO is holding 30 of BUSEB shares).

• The Bursa FTZ was inaugurated in 2001.

• Infrastructure services such as road, water,
  electricity, sewage, natural gas pipelines,
• communication lines and etc. were completed by
  BUSEB A.S. in 2001.

but
Out of Turkeys Customs Borders

• Tax Exemption (For only production co.)

• FTZ are exempt from some taxes that are valid in
  Turkey, which are mainly

• Corporate Income Tax (20 of profit)

• No Value Added Tax (VAT) Receivable/Payable
  occurs at FTZ, since goods are purchased

and sold without VAT.

• No Supply Usage Funds applied

• Used Machinery Equipment Can be Brought to FTZ
  Without Legislation

• 3 years and older machinery equipment cannot be
  brought to Turkey due to Turkish law.

• However, since FTZs are out of Turkeys Customs
  Borders, there is no legal requirement and
  Investors can bring those machinery equipment
  to FTZ.

• There is NO Foreign Exchange Loss at FTZ

• Since income and expenses of the Company at FTZ
  will be denominated in Foreign
• Currency, there will be no Foreign Exchange
  Loss.

• Total Land Area of FTZ is 825,000 sqm.

• This area is divided into 4 groups
• Production 350,000 m2
• Trade Operation Area 60,000 m2
• Warehousing 50,000 m2
• Open Stock Area 22,000 m2
• Rest of the area is used for roads,
  administration, parking and recreation.
