- Can limit to material type and time (pull down

- Holman Library is a member of a consortium of
the 65 academic libraries in Illinois (CARLI) - Clicking on I-Share Catalog takes you to a
choice of searching the Universal Catalog
(ALL CARLI) libraries or selecting individual
libraries of the consortium - When you have an unsuccessful search in the
McKendree catalog, you can Repeat search in
I-Share Catalog and be redirected to the
universal catalog

- You can request materials from the universal
catalog by clicking on Request when you have
retrieved the bibliographic record - Use the pull down menu to select McKendree
College as your home library - Your library borrower ID is made up of the prefix
2401100 followed by your student ID number (a 7
digit number) to make 14 digits total example
24011000012345. Add your last name.
8Getting Material from the Library
- Materials requested from another library are sent
via a courier service that delivers to the
library 3 days per week - The library will send them to you if you are off
campus. You are responsible for sending them back
to Holman Library. (All of this takes a little
time so keep that in mind if you are interested
in this option.) - You can renew materials, track materialscharged
to you and requested by you in My Account
