- MAIN OBJECTIVE
- To enhance the impact of European development
NGOs vis-Ã -vis the European Institutions by
combining expertise and accountability. - CONCORD contributes to a responsible and coherent
EU Development Policy towards the developing

and humanitarian NGOs in defining and delivering
European development and humanitarian aid
policies.

7Terms of Reference
- Representation one appointed representative from
each NP and NW. Members attend the working group
meetings as fully mandated representatives of the
CONCORD members. - Information - Members are responsible for
preparing the working group meeting with their NP
or NW, and for debriefing. - Attendance - to attend at least one main meeting
per year (substitute) - Decision-making - members must ensure that they
are mandated to represent their platforms or
networks in discussions towards decision-making. - Institutional representation expected to play an
institutional role as well EU institutions, with
the Board of CONCORD
