7Goal Attainment Scale (GAS)
Tool to measure the degree of attainment based on
goals, objectives, and activities of 5 year
plan. Scale range from -2 to 2 0 goal
has been met -2, -1 goal has not been met
1, 2 goal has been exceeded

- State, District, School, Individual levels
- 17 objectives and 71 different activities
- LaSIG GAS is measured quarterly and annually
95 Year District Plan District GAS
- 1st step the districts wrote a 5 year plan with
goals, objectives, activities based on the needs
of district. - 2nd step create a goal attainment scale tool
for district based on 5 year plan to assess
progress. The plan is assessed at mid-term and
end of year by district level leadership team. - 3rd step evaluate the outcome of plan at end of
