- The stage is set in this way
- The guilty man has been released so that the
blood-thirstiness of the masses can be quenched
by the shedding of an innocent mans blood - Jesus has had His flesh ripped open to the point
of death - They stripped Him naked (dont forget our Lords
teaching on modesty) - And they put a scarlet robe on Him for the sole
purpose of mocking Him.

CONDEMNATION OF SIN A. JESUS DIED BECAUSE OF
