Quick Change Sanding Discs are commonly used in the applications of leveling, finishing, grinding, deburring, and mixing. Thanks to their twist-on-and-off attaching systems, they remove the need for installation equipment, allowing for a fast disc change and optimizing efficiency by minimizing downtime.

A flap disc is an abrasive tool attachment that is made of many layers of “flaps” of overlapping abrasive, sandpaper-like, sections adhered to a central hub in a wheel design. These flap discs also feature cooler cutting with less gouging and burning than bonded abrasives such as grinding discs.

The evenly layered flaps provide more forgiveness and a smoother operation than grinding wheels. Its layered construction of abrasive flaps continually exposes new grains.
