This type 27 zirconia flap disc is used for
grinding the plane and outside corners. These
disc wheels are coarser in build to easily remove
heavier stock, smoothing out or blending autobody
paint, deburring, removing rust, leveling,
stripping, buffing, light grinding, and prepping
or finishing flatwork surfaces such as stainless
steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metal. Here are
different variations of T27 Zirconia Flap Discs.

Applications Of T27 Zirconia Flap Disc

• These 4" x 5/8" T27 zirconia quick change flap
  discs are excellent for cleaning weld lines and
  weld splatter, deburring, removing rust,
  blending, or general stock removal.
• It provides longer life than aluminum oxide flap
  discs and a more aggressive cut and material
  removal rate.
• This flap disc is a good choice for heavy
  grinding in construction applications.
