- 1.1 The geographical advantages of the airdrome
- It is in 126 km on the northeast from Kiev.
- It has convenient transport communications (near
to Kharkov-Kiev state road). - It has the available infrastructure of Priluki
(its the intown airdrome).
- The technical advantages of the airdrome
- The complex area 570 hectares.
- The flight strip characteristics length 3 000
m, width 80 m, the maximum weight of accepted
aircrafts 600 t. There is a secondary unpaved
runway. - There are the basic buildings providing
functioning of airdrome, but they need
reconstruction.

- 1.2 The planned kinds of activity
- The operation of the reconstructed airdrome and
air terminal for reception and departure of heavy
cargo aircrafts, and also for their parking,
refuelling and other service - The service delivery provision in transfer of
cargoes by means of own cargo aircrafts (four
Boeing 747-200F) - The usage of the new A class logistical terminal
to keeping of different cargoes, and also their
transfer to any point of Europe - The created hotel complex will provide
comfortable stay of crews of aircrafts and other
visitors of an air field complex. - The principles of the organisation of activity
- The main principle is the activity division.

- The market of the cargo airports of Ukraine
Nowardays there are no the airports just serving
of cargo aviation traffics in Ukraine. In the
central region of the country aviation cargo
traffics occur through the international airport
"Borispol" which is, first of all, the passenger
airport. It has no possibility to serve all
potential cargo traffics.

- The market of cargo air transport The
indicators of intensity of a cargo traffic are
directly proportional to GDP indicators. Now they
grow on 6 a year. In the long-term, according
to Boeing and Airbus, this figure will only
increase. By 2020 the share of cargo aircraft in
the world volume of the air transport of cargoes
will reach 60 . - The market of logistical services The increase
in volumes of world trade causes requirement for
warehouse of the higher class. This segment of
the market is not still definitively completed.
There is a backlash in 650 thousand square meters
because of the lack of the warehouse real estate
in the central region.

- 2.1 The real condition of airport Priluki
- The flight strip, the taxi ways and the parking
places are in a satisfactory condition. - The lighting, radio and navigating equipments are
absent. - The control tower and the basic components of a
flight management system need the repair and the
installation of the corresponding class
equipment. - The modernisation is necessary for the refueling
system. - The access ways, the railways and the highways
need a general repair.

work to start functioning of the airdrome and the
air company The potential technical
possibilities After carrying out of all the
above mentioned works, the airdrome and air
terminal can receive certificates of the
international class airport. Then it may receive
the heavy cargo aircrafts with frequency of
take-off/landing each 2 minutes from any point
of the world.

82. The current preconditions

- 2.2 The government interaction
- Nowadays the aviation base "Priluki" is on the
books of - the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine. It is
inactived and is protected - by the military divisions.
- It is not used by plans of the Air Forces of
Ukraine. -
- The basic permissive documentation
- The reception of the rental contract of an air
field complex is co-ordinated with the Ministry
of Defence of Ukraine. The estimation of a
property complex is made for the tender carrying
out. - The airdrome and air terminal certification will
be made in a current of 3 months after carrying
out of all necessary works on reconstruction and
equipment replacement.

92. The current preconditions

- The certification of the air company will be made
in a current of 3 months after acquisition of
planned aircrafts. - The reception of the project documentation will
be made for building of the logistical terminal
and a hotel complex after the reception of the
rental contract of a property complex (the
building prototype is the cargo terminal of
International airport "Munich", Germany). - The schedule of reception of the basic permissive
documentation to start functioning of airdrome
and the aviation company

102. The current preconditions
- 2.3 The potential consumers of the planned
services. - There are some preliminary agreements with Asian
suppliers of the goods which intend to use
services of the aviation company in
transportation of cargoes from Asia to Europe. - The airport can serve any cargo traffics arriving
by means of charter aircrafts of any other air
companies. - The A class logistical terminal can provide
processing and long storage of any types of
cargoes.

124. The pay-off period and the profit
According to the made calculations and planning
of activity, the investment into an air field
complex "Priluki" pay off throughout 2,5 years
from the moment of the beginning of functioning
of the airport. According to the specified
schedules of fulfilling of necessary works and
receptions of the basic permissive documentation,
the beginning of airport functioning can already
occur in 5 months from the moment of reception of
necessary capital assets.
The project profit is accruing and exceeds it on
30 comparing with average in the given field of
activity.
