    latest promotion score by 20 points or more may
    request an administrative evaluation
  • Submit DA Form 4187 to request evaluation
  • TOTAL REEVALUATION
  • Includes the entire process the commanders
    recommendation, promotion board appearance, and
    administrative points
  • May be requested at any time by a soldier who
    increase his/her promotion points by 20 points or
    more, or after 6 months from the latest board
    appearance or evaluation if he/she has less than
    a 20 point increase

ENLISTED COUNSELING
  • AR 600-200, Para 2-7c establishing counseling
    requirement
  • Supervisors must counsel Sergeants and below who
    meet advancement or promotion eligibility,
    without waiver, but have not been recommended for
    promotion.
  • Counseling is required monthly and directed
    towards those areas in which the soldier needs to
    improve in order to qualify for the next higher
    grade.
  • Senior Enlisted Advisors are encouraged to spot
    check counseling to ensure it is being conducted
