• Leading by example in the workplace is showing
  all the other employees how to act without having
  to tell them how to.

• There are a few different ways of leading by
  example in the workplace. I will be discussing
  four of them.

• Listening to management
• When a manager or employee of high rank then
  you asks you to do something, then do it.
• Whatever a manager requests you do, you need to
  do it quickly and correctly.

• Following the rules.
• All the rules of the workplace apply to everyone.
  So if you follow are following the rules to the
  book then other employees will see this and also
  follow these rules.

• Encouragement
• Another way to lead is by encouraging others to
  get their job done. And following all requests by
  the managers.

• Hard work
• If you are working hard and doing everything
  expected of you, then other employees see this
  and will follow your lead.

• In closing, the best way to lead is by example.
  Have you ever heard that actions speak louder
  than words. Well that is the best way to sum it
  up. Show fellow employees how to act at the
  workplace by showing them. Not telling them.
