3Main scope of the project Enhance
research collaboration between the State
University of Moldova, the Academy of
Sciences of Moldova and the French Atomic Energy
Commission Research project develop, test
and implement high-energy radiation semiconductor
de- tectors. The devices are designed and
built by the Moldovan research team, they are
then tested and calibrated in LMDs
isotopic reference beams (Cs-137 and Co-60).
Further, the detectors are developped and
tested in an itterative manner, to achieve high
performances. The possibility of implementing
an industrial fabrication process are
examined.
