Editor

• Makes all of the club publications
• Takes pictures at events
• Manages Facebook, Twitter and other social media
  accounts
• Helps club plan to apply for awards

Treasurer

• Prepares a budget at the start of each year
• Manages the clubs finances
• Fills out all deposit forms and purchase orders
• Oversees the collection of club dues

Secretary

• -Manages the club records
• -Takes minutes at club meetings
• -Takes notes at all officers meeting about what
  needs to be talked about at the next club meeting
• -Fills out pride reports

VP/ President

• Vice President
• Not necessarily the easy job
• Oversees committee system
• Works with the President on all issues
• Fills in when the President is absent
