Advancing Diversity Establishing a Diverse
Profession

• Goal
  AFP will create a community
  of inclusion by seeking, embracing and engaging
  diverse individuals, groups and organizations
  with a broad representation of experiences,
  perspectives, thoughts and cultures within the
  fundraising profession.
• Outcome AFP will be viewed as a leader in
  engaging diverse organizations and as the member
  organization of choice for diverse fundraisers.

  best possible thinking, ideas, opportunities and
  solutions are considered creates a respectful
