  about.
• Take a good ten minutes.
• Solves the I cant think of anything problem.
  Duh.

• Plan, Plan, Plan
• How are you going to introduce?
• What is your position?
• What are some good arguments to make your point?
• Why would someone want to believe you?

• Write
• Take your time.
• Be neat.
• Review your writing when finished.
