  characteristic and way of communication
• gains technical skills in imaging and assessment
  of vocal fold and swallowing, and analysis of
  voice
• gains surgical skills to apply modern methods to
  improve laryngeal function
• gets used to team-work HNS, Ped-ORL, Anesthesia,
  Phoniatrics, Oncological board etc.
