We cannot accept partial information. Please
have all four of the following documents so that
we may enroll your child.
- Childs birth certificate
- Child's current shot record
- Proof of Residence
- Lease
- Closing Statement
- Utility bill
27Whats next?
- Student Council 5th graders will be giving tours
of the building. - PTA will help you with school supplies, spirit
wear, and PTA membership. - We will make copies of your documents for you.
- When you turn in your forms, the nurse will check
your immunizations to be sure that your children
have everything they need to be ready for school
in August.
