• Increase in number of fatalities compared to 2003
• Indication of long term improvement in FAR
• Slight reduction in overall LTIF, continuing a
  long term downward trend
• Regional differences present but reducing
• Vehicle, aviation and struck-by incidents remain
  the most significant causes of fatalities in the
  EP industry
