    prekindergarten program, a school district shall

    Expansion Grant.
  • The average of the last three consecutive years
    of grade 3 TAKS scores in either reading or math
    must be below the state average.

    Grant.
  • Average of last three consecutive years of grade
    3 TAKS scores ABOVE the state average.

  • Each has a maximum and a minimum dollar amount.
