by USDE) - Rural And Low Income School Program (administered
by DFP) - Purpose Both programs were designed to help
rural districts that lack personnel and resources
to compete effectively for federal grants. - Only 13 LEAs in PA received Rural and Low Income
in 2007-08.

Federal Programs web site. - Once in a three year cycle
