WHAT IS RGEE ?

Evolution of RGEE
RGEE is an Industry specific Management System
adopted from the OIMS (Operations Integrity
Management System) of Exxon Mobil.
  • 2001 ExxonMobil OIMS Rollout to RasGas
  • 2002 OIMS Deployment (OIMS changed to RGEE)
  • 2002/03 Implementation Focus on Status
  • 2004/05 Focus of Continuous Improvement

Element 2 - Risk Assessment and Management -
Comprehensive risk assessments can reduce risk to
safety, health, and the environment and mitigate
the consequences of incidents by providing
essential information for decision making.
Corporate Expectation 2.1 - A system is in place
to identify hazards, assess consequences and
probabilities, and evaluate prevention and
mitigation measures for the ongoing management of
risk.

are expected to identify hazards (including
