JA History
  • Founded in 1919
  • JA started as a collection of small after-
    school business clubs for students in
    Springfield, Massachusetts.
  • JA now reaches more than 11 million young
    people worldwide each year.

JA North Alabama History
  • Huntsville office founded in 1985.
  • Merged with Decatur office in Jan 2009
  • Recently formed Marshall Co. District summer
    2011
  • Now serves 12 counties
  • - 11 in North Alabama, 1 in Tennessee
  • Teaches approximately 10,000 students each year!
