  • John Cabot was born around the year 1450 in
    Genoa, a port that is Italy today.
  • When John Cabot set sail for the final voyage,
    the king of England (King Henry VII) told John
    Cabot to get 5 ships, but the merchant only gave
    John Cabot 1 ship.
  • John Cabot had a brother, Piero and a mother and
    a father.
  • Married a women named Mattea. Soon John Cabot had
    3 sons, Ludovico, Sebastian, and Sancio. After
    living in Genoa, John Cabot and John Cabots
    family moved to Spain then to England.
