10Payment Periods for Scholarship Programs
- 10-Day Policy
- Outlined in State Board Rule 6A- 6.0970
- If a student transfers to another private school
within a payment period, the private school in
which the student was first in attendance for at
least 10 school days is eligible for that
quarterly scholarship payment.

17District Notification for FTE Reporting
- After each of the scholarship payment dates,
- the district MIS contact is provided with a file
- through NWRDC containing student information that
must be reported in the districts FTE surveys. - It is extremely important that you report the
students in the grade level and program level
indicated on the list because funds will be
deducted from your district in accordance with
these data elements.

- Provides a list of students who were paid for a
specified payment period - This file is strictly for FTE reporting purposes
- The program level(s), hours, and FTE are provided
for reporting the student
