Objectives and means

• Identification of new local cooperation tools for
  employment creation and economic growth
• Drawing up of a useful and transferable
  methodology based on consensus and the active
  participation of citizens and main socioeconomic
  private and public local actors
• Promotion of a permanent, well-structured and
  self-supporting network growing up from
  Regenerando

• Razionalization of the partners experiences
  through a close analysis of the specific measures
  taken to promote the local socioeconomic

The Structure of the Regenerando

Expenditure certification

• Partner must insert and certificate their
  expendirute in the Urbact-Presage sistem within
  the month of September for the semester of
  Janaury/June, and within the month of March for
  the costs during the period July/December.
• Expenditure to insert in the Urbact- Presage
• Events costs

• Local Expert costs for Thematic
• Local Expertise costs for Tecnical assistance
• Staff Cost
• After the certification, the certificator fill up
  the grid produced by the site, signs it and sends
  it by e-mail and post to the Lead Partners
  certificator
• The certificator of the Lead Partner sign the
  document of general certification that will be
  attached to the progress and financial reports of
  the progect asking so the ERDF co-financing

Transfer of the Resources

• Within the month of June 2005 each partecipation
  share could be send to the Municipality of Reggio
  Calabria
• These partecipatories shares could be transfer
  with a Bank Transfer to the number of Current
  Account given by the Municipality of Reggio
  Calabria

Adopted strategies

• Constant updating of the Urbact website, meant as
  a communication tool, through the inputting of
  data onto the public space and as an informative
  and a working tool with the exchange of
  documentation in the private space.
• Preparation and filling in of three thematic
  templates meant as an occasion for each partner
  to think about the critical points and the
  strengths in the employment policies at a local
  level and above all as an occasion for
  identifying the best practices of the Regenerando
  network.
• Nomination of 2 European experts, who should make
  some evaluations and give indications for
  stimulating local policies for employment in the
  right direction.
