  streets with conventional cold / hot patch
  materials without much success.
• Residents had complained that streets were
  becoming very bumpy.
• The city managers were concerned about the funds
  that where being spent on the conventional repair
  methods without any long term results.
• The city contacted the local Deery dealer
  regarding the use of performance Mastics for a
  long term fix.

• Large cracks and pavement dips are milled out.
• A cold sprayed surface conditioner is applied.
• Mastic Mixer 250 with a heated rear chute is
  backed into position.
• Mastic is spread unlike conventional materials
  that has to be rolled and compacted.
• Mastic has zero slump, it does not run.
• Mastic cures/cools rapidly to allow trafficking
  in a short time period.
• Mastics are per-packed as a single unit, the
  material does not require any additional
  aggregates or binder adding on site.
