    the NPDES Storm water permit?
  • Security? Should we combine concerns from other
    task forces?

  • Develop a survey of state DOTs on successfully
    implemented NPDES Phase II Storm Water permits.
  • Identify potential security risks and methods to
    protect roadsides and the environment and
    determine training available for maintenance
    responders.
