Approval Rubric
  • ER means E-Rate requirement
  • Rubric includes references to NH school approval
    standards
  • Rubric scores not significant but
  • Acceptable score for ER items is essential!
  • Rubric being revised this year to remove
    commendable category and scores. Criteria levels
    will be either acceptable or needs revision.
    Commendable items will still appear as info for
    plan improvement. This simplifies process and
    time factor for approval.

Common Pitfalls
  • 3-year categorized budget 3-year approval
  • Attach your policies to your plan
  • Make sure you have a tech committee
  • Make sure committee meets periodically to
    evaluate progress toward meeting the goals of the
    plan.
