- Point-to-point logistics management,
transportation and storage of service members
privately owned vehicles (POVs) with a single
contractor when PCSd OCONUS - Scope
- Global service for contractor operated VPCs
ranging from Turkey to Korea with concentration
on Europe, Hawaii and CONUS - 500,000 processing and transportation
transactions annually - 40 full service vehicle processing sites
- 9 partial service sites
- 9 quality of life sites
- Booking, tracing and payment responsibility for
12 U.S. flag ocean carriers - Ocean carriage conducted under USC-3 4, RDCs,
tariffs
