food that is transported for the U.S. military or
any other U.S. Government agency from the scope

however - Persons who manufacture, process, pack,
transport, distribute, receive, hold, or import
food for personal consumption are excluded from
all requirements of subpart J of this final rule
(page 71563)

typically consider not taking any regulatory
action when an article of food is imported or
offered for import for non-commercial purposes

recognized Port of Entry where Customs and Border
Protection immigration officers are present to
