- Enter your user name/password
- Add escholar to trusted sites
6Go to Public Folders
7Follow this path--
8Click---Run with options----
9Change to Excel 2002
Then click RUN
10Scroll to pick a district
Click NEXT
11Scroll and select a school
Click NEXT
12Select test content
Select content
Click NEXT

14SAVE the file to a place YOU know where it is---

17Click on a column Right click in the
column Scroll to Hide This hides the data that
you do not want to view at this time
18Delete Header rows Select Data pull down
menu Select Filter Select Auto Filter
19Click on the arrow to select which achievement
level to view In this case I selected all
students in Proficiency Level 2 Then Scale Score
sort click Ascending--- Who are your bubble kids?
20To get EVERYONE back--- You must click ALL in the
column
21Sort---
- Use multiple sorting levels to find your bubble
students. - Sort by
- Current Grade Level
- Scaled Score then--- achievement level code
22Now--- you try!
- Create a list of the students in your school who
are within 5 scale score points of moving to the
next level? - Level 1 to 2?
- Level 2 to 3?
- Level 3 to 4?
