our customers needs. We are able to offer new,
unused, and refurbished products backed by our
own warranty and technical support. We are

Our customers often ask us how we grew from five
telecom specialists and one product line in 1991
to one of the industry-leading independent
distributor we are today. It all started when
Michael Galinski, CEO and founder of America II
Corp., heard telecom equipment buyers calling for
more choice in distribution. Adapting the model
of independent distribution with which he
revolutionized the semiconductor industry,
Galinski established A1 Teletronics as a viable
distribution partner for telecom buyers like you
who seek to supplement your buying activity
within the authorized distribution channel.
The America II Complex

Galinski got his start in semiconductors in 1989
when he founded America II Electronics, Inc.,
America II Corp.'s initial holding and now one of
the largest independent distributors of
electronic components worldwide. After
establishing successful distributorships with
America II Electronics and A1, Galinski added a
second telecommunications distributor to the
America II Corp. family in 1994 with America II
Communications, Inc., this time with an emphasis
on the hospitality industry. In the same year,
America II Electronics became the first
independent electronic component distributor to
achieve ISO 9002 certification (A1 followed in
1995). The year 2000 saw much growth for
America II Corp. as domestic and international
expansion drove the family of companies to meet
rising customer demand and achieve its first 300
million year. This expansion included adding a
156,000-square foot warehousing facility to
America II Electronics' corporate headquarters
and establishing its international counterparts
in the UK, Mexico, and Japan. Since then, America
II Electronics has added another 80,000 square
feet to its warehousing capacity and has become
the first electronic component distributor,
including franchised and independent
distributors, to achieve ANSI/ESD S20.20
certification.

America II welcomes President George W. Bush St.
Petersburg, Florida March 6, 2002 - Mike
Galinski, chief executive and owner of America II
Corp., parent company of A1 Teletronics, Inc.,
announced today that it will welcome President
George W. Bush to its corporate campus March 8.
Florida Governor Jeb Bush and St. Petersburg
Mayor Rick Baker will also be in attendance. "It
is an honor on behalf of myself, the America II
family, and the entire Tampa Bay area to receive
this recognition from President Bush, Governor
Bush, and Mayor Baker. Our surrounding community
has supported America II tremendously over the
years, and it has always been our position to
give back as much as we can by acting as a good
corporate citizen. We appreciate immensely the
fact that America II's efforts are now going to
be recognized not only in our surrounding

family contributes to its community by
coordinating local volunteer and team-building

complete construction on an 80,000-square foot
warehousing facility, expanding its existing

to A1 Teletronics' sister company, America II

In the days leading up to the President's visit,
Tanner ensured that all areas to be used by the
President and his staff were able to accommodate
the volume of circuits needed and arranged for
additional cabling where necessary. He also
helped establish communications for security and
the media. "It was really interesting to see all
the work that actually went on behind the scenes
- the way that so many different organizations
worked together to do such a big job in such a
short amount of time," remarked Tanner, who
wished to thank the personnel at A1, including
Connie Grzesiakowski, for their help throughout
the operation.
