INFORMATION DURING MULTI-STATE HURRICANE THREATS.
7DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
PROVIDE AN OVERALL LIAISON FUNCTION,
CLEARINGHOUSE AND CENTRALIZED COMMUNICATION LINK
BETWEEN THE STATES, REGION (S), FEMA HQ (EST) AND
AS APPROPRIATE OTHER AGENCIES AND THE MEDIA
